Major long coat moment

The minute fall hits on our doors, I knew exactly what I wanted my fall/winter wardrobe to look like. The main components are obviously always coats because it's unrealistic to shoot blog pictures in Canada, when it's -40C with a little blouse. This season, I only had eyes for long coats. Obviously, the longer, the better ;) I also settled for some mid-length options !

I clearly have shopping issues ;p

Mackage SS15

Hi everyone ! I'm so happy to be back to a regular blogging schedule. I will try my best to publish something every day of the week for you guys. I am back to school and this time, I'm once again the student. Going back to finish my Masters and maybe considering a PhD in the near future. Education is a subject that really interest me and I truly want to try to make a difference. This semester, for now, I will not be teaching as the registrations decreased, so I'm focusing on University and my blog.

Back to the fashion world. Last month, I had the pleasure of having a private tour of the Mackage showroom and let me tell you, I saw some beautiful things. I've put together for you the best of the best of the Spring Summer 2015 pieces from Mackage. I fell in love with the women's collection and the boyfriend basically tried on every piece of the men's collection. As you can see, color is of the essence in this collection and you know that color is definitely my cup of tea, my signature. I also feel like, structure is a Mackage signature. Each piece is carefully crafted and structured and falls really well on the body. I completely fell head over heels for the gorgeous Mackage Rubie handbag.

My favourite part (and only part) of winter is the coats. I love changing up my coats and spicing up my outfits with a touch of pastel or adding the perfect scarf. As a fashion blogger for almost 3 years now, you need to find little tips and tricks to fight the cold and still look good ;p Changing up your coat is the first trick up my sleeve and you don't need to spend a fortune to do so.

Prepping for Winter at PointZero

Last month, I paid a little visit at the gorgeous PointZero offices to have a nice glance at the upcoming seasons new offerings. The place was filled from the latest coats from the Point Zero brand and the sister brand Nicole Benisti Signature Collection. It was so hard to choose a favorite but the blue one definitely had a little extra love from me. Let me tell you it was hard to keep a thick winter coat on in the middle of the summer but we always want what we can't have and I was craving a nice winter storm in the middle of August ! Did I really just say that ?!

Point Zero coats will keep you warm for the crazy winter that's about to drop of us that's for sure. You can go for a more classic look or a sportier look, the Point Zero brand has some for everybody in the family, even the little ones ;)

Make sure to check out the latest from the Point Zero family and keep your eyes pealed for my final choice.
