What really changed my eyelashes

Since November 2017, I stopped applying eyelash extensions as I wanted to take a break. My eyelashes were in a good condition since I have the best eyelash extension specialist in town ;) but you can't help but notice a lack of volume. 7 weeks ago, RapidLash approached me and put me to the test of using the RapidLash for a period of 6 weeks, once a day, to see if I was really going to notice a difference.

Applying the RapidLash is super easy. After completely removing your makeup and washing your face, you can more forward with your regular nighttime routine (serums, creams, eye cream, etc.) and simply complete with the application of the RapidLash. You simply pull out the dainty wand which consists of product and you apply it just like you would apply an eyeliner. Takes 2 minutes. 

In order to correctly judge the results of this product, I made sure to use the same mascara during the whole period in order to be able to notice a difference with my eyelashes. 

After only 3 weeks, I noticed more volume in my eyelashes, specifically in the inner corner of my left eye. This was a very small section of my eyelashes that were weaker than the rest, since I sleep on my left side, face in the pillow. 

After a good 5 weeks, I noticed it was easier for me to curl my lashes, I had more of them and it gave a fuller effect. Every time, I talk to you guys about a product, it’s because I really gave it a try during a good period of time and I am then comfortable enough to speak to you guys about it. 

I just passed the 6 week mark and I can really tell you that this product really increased the strength of my eyelashes. I really really wanted to go back to eyelash extensions after 5 months of stopping but I’m going to give this whole natural thing a-go.

Just for lash

Not gonna lie, but my number one favourite beauty product after bronzer is mascara. When I find the mascara for me, I tend to stick to it. This month, I discovered two amazing gems and the Maybelline Lash Sensational is one of them. I wish I could wear lash extensions but I have a feeling it will bother me with my glasses, so I pile on the mascara. Let me tell you about the Maybelline Lash Sensational, so little words to describe such an amazing product. I'm already on my second tube. What I need in a mascara is a bit of curl but a lot of volume. This mascara gives the perfect curl and the perfect volume. I leave the house with just mascara and my current face ritual (see here) and I'm ready! You seriously need to run to your local drugstore and get your hands on this Maybelline Lash Sensational, I already have backups ;)

Je ne vais pas vous mentir, mon produit de beauté préféré après le bronzer c'est le mascara. Quand je mets la main sur le mascara qui me donne ce que je veux, j'y tiens pendant un bout.  Ce mois-ci, j'ai découvert deux bijoux incroyables et Maybelline Lash Sensational est l'un d'eux. J'ai toujours voulu essayer les extensions de cils, mais j'ai vraiment peur que ça m'embête avec mes lunettes, alors j'empile le mascara à la tonne. Laissez-moi vous parler du Maybelline Lash Sensational, si peu de mots pour décrire un  si bon produit. J'en suis déjà è mon second tube. Ce que je recherche dans un mascara, c'est le volume et un peu de curl. Ce mascara me donne le meilleur des deux mondes. Je sors de chez moi après ma routine du visage du moment (voir ici) et mon mascara préf! Benefit Roller Lash

Stay put, because I have juste found, in my opinion, the greatest of the mascaras: Benefit Roller Lash. Oh boy ! When I received the mascara, I was so excited, because Benefit sure knows how to work in the mascara game, I use to love the They're Real Mascara but now, it's been trumped. The Benefit Roller Lash claims to curl your lashes and hold the curl all day and let me tell you it does. My goal in a mascara has always been to find one that I could wear on it's own without a black liner. I usually wear a thin line of black liner to give the illusion of bigger eyes but with the Benefit Roller Lash, no need, I can leave home just with a couple of coats of the mascara. A true gem ;p You can find the Benefit Roller Lash mascara at your local Sephora for 29$CAD. Add it to your wish list and fast !

Attachez vos tuques, parce que je viens de trouvé, à mon avis, le meilleur des mascaras: Benefit Roller Lash. Et boy! Lorsque j'ai reçu le mascara, j'étais tellement excitée, parce Benefit connait très bien le marché du mascara. Auparavant, j'était en amour avec le Benefit They're Real, mais là, il vient de se faire surpasser. Le Benefit Roller Lash prétend friser vos cils et maintenir le "curl" en bon anglais, toute la journée et laissez-moi vous dire qu'il le fait avec perfection. Mon but dans la recherche du meilleur mascara a toujours été d'en trouver un avec lequel je pourrais épargner le port du crayon noir. J'ai l'habitude de porter une fine ligne de crayon noir pour donner l'illusion de plus grands yeux mais avec le Benefit Roller Lash, pas besoin, je peux quitter la maison juste avec quelques couches de mascara. Meddling with Mascaras

If I could take one makeup item on a deserted island it would be mascara. I adore a set of full lashes and I am a big mascara lover. This time around, I've been trying a couple of them and these are my top 3 discoveries. First contender, Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Rebel Black a big name but a mighty good mascara. My favourite part of this mascara is the fact that you have a big brush for your upper lashes and a smaller brush for you lower lashes, we often forget those. Up next, the new Rimmel Wonder'Lash with Argan Oil, at first, I found this mascara okay but after a couple weeks, once the formula had dried a bit, I couldn't stop wearing it, it gives an amazing full lash set and it contains Argan Oil, good ingredients for healthy lashes. Finally, the L'Oréal Miss Manga, a well-loved mascara in my makeup kit. This is my second tube of the L'Oréal Miss Manga, I just adore piling it-on for a almost-wearing-false-lashes-effect ;p What is your favourite mascara these days ? 

Si je pouvais prendre juste un produit de maquillage avec moi sur une île déserte, ça serait le mascara. J'adore le look de gros cils volumineux et je suis une grande fan de mascara. Ces temps-ci, j'essaye beaucoup de mascara et voici mes trois meilleures découvertes. Le premier candidat, Maybelline Le Falsies Big Eyes Noir Rebel, un grand nom mais un très bon produit. Ma partie préférée de ce mascara est le fait qu'il y a une grosse brosse pour les cils supérieurs et une petite brosse pour les cils inférieurs, que nous oublions souvent d'ailleurs. Le suivant, une nouveauté de chez Rimmel, le Rimmel Wonder'Lash à l'huile d'argan, au début, j'ai trouvé ce mascara très banal, mais après quelques semaines, une fois que la formule avait un peu séché, je ne pouvais plus m'en passer, il donne une allure de cils bien remplies et il contient l'huile d'argan, un bon ingrédient pour des cils en santé. Enfin, le L'Oréal Miss Manga, un mascara bienaimé dans ma trousse à maquillage. C'est déjà mon deuxième tube du L'Oréal Miss Manga et j'adore tout simplement l'empiler sur mes cils pour obtenir un effet faux-cils-sans-porter-des-faux-cils ;p Quel est votre mascara préféré ces jours-ci?
