14 fave outfits of 2014

I am very late to the trend since we are at the beginning of February but I wanted to let some time pass and really put some thought into my choices for my 14 fave outfits of 2014. 2014 has been an amazing year for Lapizofluxury, we travelled a whole lot, attended 2 New York Fashion Weeks and collaborated with a bunch of collaborators. 2015 just started and we have so many big plans, make sure to stay tuned as we add new and cool features to the blog. Je suis très en retard à la tendance puisque nous sommes déjà au début du mois de Février, mais je voulais laisser un peu passer le temps et mettre du temps sur mes choix. 2014 a été une année incroyable pour Lapiz of Luxury, nous avons beaucoup voyagé, nous avons assisté à 2 semaines de la Mode de New York et nous avons collaboré avec un grand nombre de collaborateurs. 2015 vient tout juste de commencer et nous avons tellement de grands projets, assurez-vous de rester à l'écoute car nous ajoutons bientôt de nouvelles fonctionnalités et très sympas pour le blog. This summer my obsession for denim reached another level, I was casually rocking the Canadian tuxedo on a regular basis. Yesterday, it was spring in November, what better time to bring back the double denim outfits. Can you spot my current obsession, these gorgeous NewSocialClass pearl earrings ? People have stopped me in the street to ask me where I got these babies from ! A definite trend this fall/winter ;)

Rosegold Nike for NYFW

For the 3rd day of New York Fashion Week, I decided to play it comfy. I knew it was going to be a long day of running from one show to another, so the RoseGold Nikes were the perfect addition to this all blue outfit. The outfit gave a very girly vibe and the kicks roughed it up by keeping it in the pastels.

This year, I attended the RewardStyle party which was filled with gorgeous bloggers from all around the world. This ultimate blogger party was at The Empire Hotel where we had a gorgeous view on the Lincoln Center, our playground for the week. I had a chance to chat with the forever gorgeous Coco Rocha and sneak in a little picture ;p

Fall Lust with 424 Fifth

When I see something I like, I have to let you guys know. Many of you have heard of the brand 424 Fifth from Hudson's Bay as they launched with the Spring 2014 collection in Canada. Girls, the best has yet to come, because the minute I laid eyes on the gorgeousness that's about to hit the stores this fall, I got excited for cold weather...is that even normal. I guess I am a true Canadian ;)

Plaid + Coat = I am sold

 

The full skirt trend has been back for 2 seasons now and I seriously cannot get enough. To be honest, these are the perfect, hide-your-tummy-from-last-night's-giga-meal type of outfit for the office and for a night out.

A cape...I am left with no words. 

Black leather, white leather, camel leather, printed leather, you name it, I want it. A leather jacket is a girl's best friend and 424 Fifth hits a home run with this gorgeous rose-printed leather jacket. 

All in all 424 Fifth is a brand to discover immediately in Canada at your local Hudson's Bay and the best part is, this brand is not limited to small girls because they make up to a size 16. 

Skinny is not fashion !
