REVIEW : Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains

A couple of months ago, Revlon came out with a new type of lip stain called the Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains. Now, obviously, since we are Canadians, we always get our stuff months and months after our neighbors down south. None the less, here is a little review on the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains.

I got my hands on these the minute I saw them in my pharmacy. I'm lying, I actually cheated and purchased two of these at the end of the summer in the States and I really loved them, so I got more.
Here are the colors that I own.

These stains work pretty well, but I gotta say they dry out the lips a tad, but they do respect the ''stain'' part of the job, they actually do stay on the lips for quite sometime. On my part, I love the minty smell they have and I love the fact that they are in a pencil form. Some days, you just don't feel like wasting time on applying lipstick and that often happens when you wanna wear a dark color, but with these dark or light, it is super easy !

All in all, I recommend the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains for their staying power but make sure you have a lip balm on hand to hydrate your lips !

Enjoy !

Stay tuned for more Revlon Reviews, gotta love this brand !

    1. Yes I have actually, I have 3 of the old Clinique Chubby sticks but they do not even compare, they don't have much pigmentation !!!
But let's not give up on Clinique, they are soon comming out with their new Chubby Stick Intense, that are Extra pigmented !! Stay alert for those !! xoxox

  2. Oh wow, I was literally just looking at these in the drugstore haha! I was contemplating whether to buy 55 Adore cos it looked like the perfect plummy shade! You're right, it makes it SO easy to wear dark colours. No need to fuss with lipliners or anything!

Guess I might go back and get one! They are like $12 CAD here though. How much does it cost you? xx

    1. Hey love, 55 Adore is not plummy actually, it's a dark-red, I like it but not my fave. Check out the 030 Smitten, I was drawn to it because it is actually the one Emma Stone wears on the add, I tried it on and loved it. It fits with every skin color I find ! They are also approx 10-11$CAN, but they can be on special sometimes, perfect time to snatch them !

  4. I have two of these and just like you said they are a tad drying but I find they are super useful to layer underneath a clear gloss for lasting color! Thanks for the review!
