Foodie Friday : The Hachoir Brunch

Last sunday, I tasted the brunch of all brunch's. Hachoir Restaurant just started offering brunch on weekends from 11h to 3h pm and trust me it's totally worth it, I'm already planning my next visit! If you have every dined with me or chatted food with me, you would know I am the biggest salmon tartare fan. Once a month, I drag the boyfriend to a new restaurant in Montreal because I need to find the best one but I always come back to Hachoir. That morning, my fave salmon tartare was part of a brunch, whaaat ! I jumped the gun and had the Benedicte Neptune with salmon tartare plate and o-m-g it was pure life. The boyfriend had the Huevos 'A la Quinta', he always has to pick the plate that's in spanish in a menu ;p My gorg friend Tanya had the Pain Doré farci with brie. We all had a bite of each other's plates and we were all pretty much in foodie paradise. Next month, you know were I will by on a Sunday ! Dimanche dernier, j'ai goûté au brunch de tous les brunch. Le restaurant Hachoir vient de commencer à offrir le brunch les weekends de 11h à 15h et croyez-moi ça vaut vraiment la peine, je suis déjà entrain d'organiser ma prochaine visite! Si vous avez déjà dîné avec moi ou bavardé bouffe avec moi, vous saurez que je suis le plus grande fan de tartare de saumon. Une fois par mois, je supplie l'amoureux d'essayer un nouveau restaurant à Montréal, toujours en quête de trouver le meilleur tartare de saumon, mais je reviens toujours au Hachoir. Ce matin là, mon tartare de saumon pref faisait partie du brunch, quoooiii! J'ai sauté sur l'occasion et j'ai choisi le Benedicte Neptune avec le tartare de saumon et o-m-g c'était la vie. L'amoureux a choisi les Huevos 'A la Quinta', il doit toujours choisir le plat espagnol dans le menu ;p Mon superbe amie Tanya avait choisi le Pain Doré farci avec le brie. Nous avons volé des bouches de tous les plats et nous étions tous au paradis des foodies. Le mois prochain, vous savez où je serai le dimanche! Assurez-vous de consulter le menu de brunch du Hachoir, pas cher et croyez-moi, vous ne serez pas déçu!
